Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the Site and its associated services. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and its services.
Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site, subscribing to the podcast, posting a review, or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property
The Site and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kelle Sparta, Shaman and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Podcast Subscription and Contests
- Weekly VIP Day Grand Prize: Every week, one lucky listener who subscribes and posts a review on iTunes, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or any other podcast platform will be entered into a drawing. One winner will receive a free on-air reading from Kelle on the Spirit Guides Podcast.
- Participation: To enter, subscribe to the podcast, post a review on your preferred podcast platform, and send an actual screenshot of the review to support@kellesparta.com. Winners are chosen randomly and announced during the podcast.
Terms and Conditions for the Giveaway: Your prize must be claimed within 30 days of winning. To claim the prize, the winner must record a video acceptance of the VIP Day with Kelle Sparta and what it will mean to them to have it. The winner must submit the video to support@kellesparta.com. Once the video is received, the winner shall receive an email confirming the prize. The winner then has 1 year from the date of that email to use their prize. VIP Day – The VIP Day can be in person in Boquete, Panama, or virtual. If it is in person, the winner shall bear the cost of travel, food, and stay. The time may be a single 6- hour day with a lunch break in the middle or two 3-hour time blocks on two different days. The winner must schedule in advance and receive confirmation of the dates and times before booking travel. Kelle Sparta Enterprises LLC shall not be responsible for loss due to canceled travel due to travel bans, protests, illness, weather, or other circumstances, therefore it is highly suggested that the winner purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
If the winner opts for a virtual VIP day, it will be in three 2-hour blocks with a break of 1 hour in between each. It is highly recommended that the virtual VIP day be scheduled over two or three days to get the best results.
Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virgina, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
